We take great pride in the entire dining process. Our main priority is to ensure that each resident has a pleasurable dining experience during each mealtime. Menu Committee Meeting are hosted by our Food Service Manager prior to each seasonal menu change, to ensure that each resident has an opportunity for input. All meals are prepared fresh in our kitchen and served daily. There are two menu choices for each meal as well as special meals and modifications made upon request. Our Registered Dietician assesses each resident on a regular basis to ensure that they are recieving proper intake and maintaining a well balanced diet. Between each meal tasty snacks are served from room to room with a variety of nourishment.
