The Family Council is an organized, self led, self determining, democratic group of family and friends of our residents.  The Gibson Family has always valued and appreciated input from their Family Councils. In 2004 the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care acknowledged the importance of the work of Family Councils by approving annual funding for the Provincial Family Council Program.  Our Council meets regularly to ensure that the residents and families social, emotional and physical needs are met. All issues are taken seriously and resolved in a timely fashion by department heads or management.
